Το Villa Nena άνοιξε το 2012 και απέχει 50μ. από την παραλία και 600μ. από το κέντρο της Makarska. Προσφέρει δωρεάν Wi-Fi, δωρεάν χώρο στάθμευσης και κλιματιζόμενα διαμερίσματα με θέα στη θάλασσα. Όλα τα διαμερίσματα διαθέτουν μπαλκόνι, τηλεόραση επίπεδης οθόνης με δορυφορικά κανάλια και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Κάθε μονάδα περιλαμβάνει ιδιωτικό μπάνιο με ντους και στεγνωτήρα μαλλιών. Ο σταθμός λεωφορείων Makarska και το λιμάνι των φέρι είναι 600μ. μακριά. Το Nena απέχει 60χλμ. από την αρχαία πόλη του Σπλιτ και 80χλμ. από το αεροδρόμιο του Σπλιτ.

"Perfectly equipped apartment, nothing is missing. Air conditioning, beautiful view , large terase and the beach is one street away. Every apartment has a separate parking area, which is perfect.
