Το Al Centro απέχει 250μ. από τις όχθες της λίμνης Maggiore και 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο της Βερμπάνια. Περιβάλλεται από μεγάλο κήπο. Παρέχονται δωρεάν Wi-Fi και δωρεάν χώρος στάθμευσης.
