"lovely view of the beach and Monolite Pizzomunno from our hotel room easy walking distance to the centre and restaurants. we drove to the nearby Forestra Umbra for a lovely walk in the forest boat cruise to see the grotto sea caves was a lovely experience, with the captain taking the boat inside the caves an unexpected bonus. On the way out of the Gargano National Park to our next destination we took advantage to stop at the Basicilica di San Pio da Petrelcina at San Giovanni Rotondo."

"The location is perfect: just off the seafront and beach and 5 minutes on foot to the city centre. The rooms, while not newly decorated, were in perfect condition and absolutely spotless!! We had a lovely balcony complete with table, 2 chairs and seaview. The staff were exceptional: attentive, very pleasant and made us feel welcome and at our ease."

"We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. "To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."
