"Πολυ καθαρο δωματιο. Καθημερινη υπηρεσια δωματιου. Το δωματιο Νο7 εχει και μπαλκονι. Υπαρχει ανελκιστηρας παλαιου τυπου που λειτουργει. Υπηρχε δυνατοτητα παρασκευης καφε στο δωματιο. Επισης δυνατοτητα για φυλαξη αποσκευων μετα το check out. Η τοποθεσια βολικη, καθολου επικυνδυνη καθως ειναι σε κεντρικο δρομο, φωτεινο. Επισης 15 λεπτα με ποδια απο το σταθμο. Η κοπελα στη ρεσεψιον ευγενεστατη. Εαν ξαναπηγαινα στη πολη θα εμενα σιγουρα εκει."

"Ο υπαλληλος που μας υποδεχθηκε μας ζητησε το δημοτικο φορο πριν δουμε το δωματιο. Μαλλον λογω απειριας. Τακτοποιηθηκε με τηλεφωνημα στην κοπελα-ιδιοκτητρια που γνωρισαμε την επομενη μερα το πρωι, οποτε και πληρωσαμε."

"Εξαιρετική περιοχή, πολυ κοντά στο ιστορικό κέντρο, το δωμάτιο ακριβώς οπως στην περιγραφή, καθαρό, περιποιημένο, η Μαρίνα εξυπηρετική και διακριτική, πολύ καλή σχέση ποιοτητας- τιμής. Σίγουρα θα το επισκεπτόμουν ξανά, το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!"

"Αν και σε κεντρικό δρόμο, έχει καλη ηχομόνωση ...Το δωμάτιο καθαριζόταν καθημερινά! Είναι κοντά στα αξιοθέατα! Η κοπέλα στην ρεσεψιόν πολυ ευγενική και πρόθυμη να σε βοηθήσει σε ότι χρειαστείς !!! Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα !!!"

"It is a local neighbourhood with many restaurant options and about 30-40 min walk to the trevi fontaine etc and 15 min walk to the collosseum. My ETA was late in the evening and I got clear instructions to self check-in on the day of my arrival. The bed is comfy, the shower pressure is good and I had the room with the balcony where I enjoyed my espresso in the morning. There is an espresso machine and a kettle in the room. The room was clean and the wifi was strong and the hosts were very helpful and polite. It is very good value for money and my best recommendations."

"The hosts of this Guest house are so kind, helpful and understanding people. we had an emergency situation we left our room card at room and it was after midnight that we came back to house, reception was closed so we contacted the hosts and they helped us immediately, also after the check out we kindly asked them if it was possible to leave ours bags there for some time before our flight and they told us that it was no problem at all."

"I mean we were 3 friends, so we booked 1 room because we wanted to be together, for 3 people that room was so small but other than that everything was fine."

"The room was clean and the beds were comfortable, but both the room and the bathroom were quite small. If you just need a place to sleep and continue sightseeing, I can recommend it. However, we stayed as a group of three, and there wasn’t much space to move around comfortably. It didn’t bother us too much, because we were focused on having a place to sleep, nothing more. There was no tea in the room, only coffee. Overall, I think the place was clean. Communication with the staff was excellent, and you can leave your backpacks near the reception after check-out. The check-in instructions were simple and easy to understand. Overall, if you need a place to stay overnight, I recommend it. It’s close to the Colosseum and the location is great."
