"Overall, any of the disadvantages are outweighted by the owners' approach. It is a family hotel run by two brothers and they are very nice. If they improve the breakfast and change wifi settings, it will be perfect."

"This hotel became our home for three days . Everything was fine , the house was very comfortable . The design of the room was state of the art . We took half board and were very satisfied. The food was national Italian cousin . It was very very tasty and satisfying. Planning out tracks we took help provided by Mike. Mike is an amazing man who shines with his erudition . "To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."
