"Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, σχετικά κοντά σε όλα τα κεντρικά σημεία ενδιαφέροντος, είτε ως επαγγελματίας είτε ως τουρίστας. Καθαρό, άνετο δωμάτιο, πλήρες υπηρεσιών σε πολύ καλή τιμή! Αρκετά γρήγορο ίντερνετ για τα δεδομένα της χώρας. Πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό."

"Πραγματικά εκνευριστικό το θέμα με τον ανελκυστήρα, που είναι πολύ μικρός για το μέγεθος του ξενοδοχείου και που μάλλον είναι ο μοναδικός στο ξενοδοχείο και ως εκ τούτου χρησιμοποιείται ταυχτόχρονα από το προσωπικό καθαρισμού (για την μεταφορά σάκων απορριμμάτων ή άπλυτων). Επίσης, στο μπάνιο του δωματίου μου, λόγω κακής κατασκευής, τα νερά διέφευγαν από την ντουζιέρα στο πάτωμα (κάτι που μπορεί να διορθωθεί εύκολα ωστόσο) και ο διακόπτης του εξαερισμού ήταν κοινός με τον διακόπτη των φώτων, οπότε όταν έκλεινες τα φώτα σταματούσε κι ο εξαερισμός, σε δωμάτιο κλειστό χωρίς παράθυρο... Αν δεν υπήρχαν αυτά τα 2 και υπήρχε καλύτερη θέα από τα δωμάτια, θα έβαζα 10 στην συνολική βαθμολογία."

"Location as it is in walking distance (5-20) to many city attractions. Staff are very friendly and attentive The rooms are modern and clean. The beds are comfortable The Wi-Fi is solid with multiple of them each floor so make sure you sign on to the one strongest in your room."

"Most of the staff were friendly, rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. AC and WiFi working great. The location was very close to Zaituna Bay, while it is still manageable to walk to many places in the city I wouldn’t recommend the location for short trips to discover the city"

"On our last day, we requested a late check-out as our flight was scheduled for the evening. However, we were informed that this would require paying for an additional full night. We have traveled to many countries and frequently request late check-out due to late-night departures. In almost all hotels we have stayed at, late check-out is either charged on an hourly basis or sometimes offered complimentary if the room is not booked for the following day. In this case, asking for an extra $70 (the full daily rate) for just a few additional hours felt unreasonable and inconsistent with common hotel practices."
