"stayed one night in this lovely beach resort. Hotel staff were very friendly and attentive, which made me feel homely. The room was clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed the serene beachfront specially after a busy day of my work schedule. Although my stay was short, I had a pleasant experience, and I would definitely planning to make a second visit with my family. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing beachside escape with great service."

"The location was good. Not too crowded but with a very good beach and travelling distance to galle and Marissa. The rooms were good and spacious with a ocean view balcony. The breakfast was good with choices. Specially the egg appam."

And the towels were old and ripped too. I had higher expectations since it is one of the most famous hotels in Koggala."

"We had such a good, memorable time here. Taken very well care of by Manju (the owner), we enjoyed a very comfortable stay in the wild, off the beaten track, with beautiful nature all around us. The food was delicious and filling, vegetarian and vegan diets catered for completely. They lit us a fire one night and we enjoyed dinners by candlelight every night. The beds were super comfy and the large hut that we stayed in was very spacious - good for all bags and clothes. Manju organised our safari day and our trip to a local beach. He was ready to meet our every need and was very kind and friendly with our children too."

Our half day (evening) Safari guided by Nikki was great and we noted that most other vehicles in block A didn’t have a guide and hence struggled to spot wildlife. Some food was very good - especially the curries at lunch. We loved the set up for the dinner by the bonfire. Rooms were cleaned thoroughly."
