"Milos and Klea were such lovely hosts. We stumbled across this place trying to find a last minute stay, and we ended up going back for another night a few days later and had a bbq with them and a lovely view!"

Room was a little bit smelly but it wasn’t a huge issue for us

"Το Kristu re accomodation είναι ένα παλιό αρχοντικό στο κέντρο της περιοχής Paola στη Μάλτα. Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό και είχε όσες παροχές είναι αναγκαίες. Σε μικρή απόσταση βρίσκεις εύκολα καταστήματα, καθώς και στάσεις λεωφορείων."

Ο κλιματισμός χρεωνοταν έξτρα, κάτι που δεν έχει τύχει να συναντήσω ξανά σε διαμονές μου.

"Great location and generously sized apartment. beds and linen all good. Nespresso machine and pods a nice touch."

Some of the appliances are tired and therefore unreliable and need updating . The internal phones dont work so if there is a problem you have to call the reception in a building down the hill on your cell which if you are from abroad is an expensive exercise.

"We really felt welcomed. The owners prepared a home cooked dinner and breakfast with local products. Really nice family - like staying at grandma’s :)"

He also helped me with all my activities and recommended great places for me to eat at or visit. "Чудове місце для відпочинку сімʼєю. Дуже задоволені. Було дуже затишно і комфортно. Велика територія біля котеджа – є все необхідне для барбекю, альтанки і качелі для дітей. Відпочивали взимку, але в приміщенні було дуже тепло. Є санвузли у кожній спальні, що дуже зручно. Окреме спасибі пані Олі, адміністратору котеджа. Турбувалася про нас, щоб ми почувалися максимально комфортно. Плануємо повернутися сюди влітку 🙂"

Трошки замалий холодильник. Було б добре, щоб він був трохи більшим і мав трохи більшу морозильну камеру. Також не зайвими були б ще кілька кастрюль та великі миски.

"Wonderful friendly staff - Marie-Helene and the rest of the staff made us feel totally at home. Delicious freshly cooked food. Super calm and peaceful in beautiful surroundings - a tonic after Dakar and Saint Louis. Relatively accessible for Saloum Delta which we loved. Great air conditioning. Lovely swimming pool"

Water pressure was low at certain times - pipe being repaired, so perhaps temporary. You'll need a car to get around (we got a taxi for 10.000 - 15.000 CFA each way to Ndangane.)

A little hard to find.

"This is a fantastic location if you want to get away from the bustle of the city and only half an hour from the airport and Agadir. Beautifully restored Kasbah with productive gardens and a salt water pool (perfect if like me you can't cope with chlorine) We were lucky enough to visit after rain and the wildflowers blooming in the surrounding fields were beautiful. Staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly."

We only stayed 2 nights..

"If you are looking for an exceptional place to stay on the Coromandel peninsula, this is it. The Lodge is quite large with everything you could need: kitchenette, couch and TV, comfy bed, large bathroom (tub + huge shower), terrace and the a spectacular view of Whitianga! As you would expect, it was very quiet, and the layout is such that, that you can enjoy total privacy. Carol and Warren were very welcoming and we had a nice chat every morning with Warren as he brought us a lovely breakfast. The road up the lodge is fairly steep but it wasn't an issue at all, so if you have a decent car I wouldn't worry about it. While in our particular case, we didn't have the best weather throughout the stay, we appreciated that the lodge is furnished so as to feel like home, which made for a cozy day in. I could tell that there was a lot of thought put into the furnishing and decorating of the lodge!"

"This place is simply amazing, what stands out is the attention to detail and the magical garden with pool. Highly recommend it for you nature lovers. The hosts were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. There is plenty of parking space, a bakery and exquisite french restaurant just around the corner. Pro tip: watch your step when going to the pool, turtles are sometimes patroling the area."
