"Great location and generously sized apartment. beds and linen all good. Nespresso machine and pods a nice touch."

Some of the appliances are tired and therefore unreliable and need updating . The internal phones dont work so if there is a problem you have to call the reception in a building down the hill on your cell which if you are from abroad is an expensive exercise.

He also helped me with all my activities and recommended great places for me to eat at or visit. The place was great with all that I needed, fully equipped kitchen, delicious breakfast etc.I will add my ink and voice to the rest of the travellers to say this hideout is highly recommended. "very good location uphill, very far from street noise. we enjoyed seaview and city lights at horizon, that fara we could see from the highest small house. we got some hammocks up there and were having fun next to the amazing nature whilst chilling on the balcony, thanks to guys who secured our stay"

"Beautiful views of Apia. We literally had the whole place to ourselves. It provided a calm quiet space that we didn't expect."

Unfortunately there were a few minor issues when we arrived, that eventually got sorted. Given the circumstances of the week prior & sending our condolences to the family, I'm not surprised things were a little off the mark. A broom in the unit be great to keep the floors free of bugs & dirt. We still loved our stay regardless.

Arrived at 11.30am to some "surprises" from the night before & no beer in the restaurant - someone had a great night! Good for them! Cleaning was dealt with quickly & beer was eventually delivered. A one-off, I'm sure..

We had to change room as we didn’t know from the description, that it was in a shared apartment. That information should be clear on booking.

Unfortunately there weren’t enough cots but they ensured when we came back a couple of days later there was one for us. Perhaps a few more cots are needed.

Cold water shower (was fine for body but just cold for washing hair!), the vents in wall allowed a lot of smoke in which made me quite coughy but wasn’t a big issue

"Πολύ φιλικό προσωπικό, πλούσιο πρωινό, μεγάλα καθαρά ήσυχα δωμάτια, ωραίοι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι, ωραία τοποθεσία μέσα στο δάσος με εύκολη πρόσβαση κοντά στο λιφτ για τις λίμνες, καλό εστιατόριο, ευέλικτο τσεκ ιν. Απολαύσαμε την διαμονή μας εδώ."

Θα ήθελα να υπάρχει στο δωμάτιο καφετιέρα ή βραστηρας και έστω ένα μικρό ψυγείο , αν και υπάρχει στο ισόγειο κοινόχρηστο ψυγείο που μας εξυπηρέτησε.
