"The mountains scenery and the serenity of the place make Le massif de Laqlouq an ideal getaway. During our stay, we felt we are well taken care of; the staff was constantly checking upon us and assisting us with any request."

A perfect, relaxing destination.

"It was like staying at someone’s home. V good, helpful staff and bed was v comfortable. The food was surprisingly decent for such a small place. Picturesque location even though snow was sparse at the time"

Only gripe might be that the air was quite dry, making sleep quality not so good: might be because of it being a wooden bldg

Not much to dislike, besides the hairy drive there along the "closed road"

"This magical place in the hills is owned and run by Thierry who puts a great deal of care, detail and consideration into his guest's stay. His love of the land, plants and animals is evident. Thierry gave us a tour of the property plus an amazing breakfast which included a whole tasting activity with different jams and chocolate / cheese spreads ! The bed was very comfortable. We loved the jucazzi at night whilst stargazing We enjoyed relaxing in the morning looking out over the view."

Please note if you are walking it is a steep climb back up the hill.

"Everything. In summer, when the site is full of campers, the view from the cabin would be obscured by tents. But, end of September, when we visited, our view was green lawns sloping down to the river. Lovely."

Booking.com told us it was 7 miles from Vianden. It is not. 22-24 depending which route you choose. We had planned to go the 7 miles back to Vianden for dinner, but 22 winding miles? No.

"Το Kristu re accomodation είναι ένα παλιό αρχοντικό στο κέντρο της περιοχής Paola στη Μάλτα. Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό και είχε όσες παροχές είναι αναγκαίες. Σε μικρή απόσταση βρίσκεις εύκολα καταστήματα, καθώς και στάσεις λεωφορείων."

Ο κλιματισμός χρεωνοταν έξτρα, κάτι που δεν έχει τύχει να συναντήσω ξανά σε διαμονές μου.

"Simple and wonderfully personal. Great little cottage with stunning views of the Atiu forests and genuinely friendly help from the proprietor. Everything worked like it should. Great stay, sad to leave."

"The position. I was very skeptical due to bad reviews on booking.com but I found a well maintained and peaceful place. I was staying in a superior room, so can’t comment on the standard ones."

Restaurant choice was very limited but food was good

"Чудове місце для відпочинку сімʼєю. Дуже задоволені. Було дуже затишно і комфортно. Велика територія біля котеджа – є все необхідне для барбекю, альтанки і качелі для дітей. Відпочивали взимку, але в приміщенні було дуже тепло. Є санвузли у кожній спальні, що дуже зручно. Окреме спасибі пані Олі, адміністратору котеджа. Турбувалася про нас, щоб ми почувалися максимально комфортно. Плануємо повернутися сюди влітку 🙂"

Трошки замалий холодильник. Було б добре, щоб він був трохи більшим і мав трохи більшу морозильну камеру. Також не зайвими були б ще кілька кастрюль та великі миски.

Practically next door to the historic Planters Club. Ron the owner is really kind and at the beginning drove me around to show me what I could do in Savusavu. I had a wonderful stay"

Sometimes it can get a bit noisy if the early morning ferry leaves for Suva a couple of times a week. I stayed in the front facing g the ocean. Maybe it was quieter at the back? But really there were no complaints

"I loved the calmness, convenient location and very supportive team. Cyril made sure I had the best experience in Victoria falls. He also helped me with all my activities and recommended great places for me to eat at or visit. The place was great with all that I needed, fully equipped kitchen, delicious breakfast etc.I will add my ink and voice to the rest of the travellers to say this hideout is highly recommended. The other villa R3 was not bad just that it could use some improvements in the spare bedrooms

"This place is simply amazing, what stands out is the attention to detail and the magical garden with pool. Highly recommend it for you nature lovers. The hosts were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. There is plenty of parking space, a bakery and exquisite french restaurant just around the corner. Pro tip: watch your step when going to the pool, turtles are sometimes patroling the area."
