"Η τοποθεσία- πολύ κεντρικό. Το μέγεθος του δωματίου και η πολλή ζέστη στις κρύες μέρες του χειμώνα Το πρωινό. Η εξυπηρέτηση από το προσωπικό στη ρεσεψιόν."
"Θα μπορούσε να υπάρχει εστιατόριο - μπαρ στους χώρους του ξενοδοχείου, ειδικά για τις μέρες των γιορτών και των αργιών που υπήρχε πρόβλημα."
"Θα έπρεπε για τα αστέρια και την τιμή, να προσφέρει είδη για το μπάνιο, το πρωινό να είναι τουλάχιστον μέχρι τις 10.30am και οι προστατευτικές θήκες για τα μαξιλάρια να ελέγχονται και να είναι πιο καθαρές και τα σεντόνια να μην έχουμε τη υφή και την αίσθηση του ναϋλον, ώστε να μην προκαλούνε εφίδρωση."

"Perfect location. Love that you can park right next-door in the parking garage for a fee. Breakfast was great. And it was a nice surprise to see that we had a water boiler and coffee in the room. Small water bottles that were replaced for free daily was also a nice surprise."

The bathroom door in room 202 did not close at all, and in our children’s room the TV remote control for Netflix was not working. We informed the reception on the first day; they noted the issues, but unfortunately nothing was fixed and we did not receive any further update. Regarding breakfast, for the price paid, it could be described as basic — nothing more, nothing less."
"Modern hotel in the city centre with easy connections to public transport and short walking distance to shopping, restaurants, the Christmas markets, key tourist spots, and more. We had a good twin room with enough space and storage. It was great to have 2 complementary bottles of water in mini bar plus a kettle. A nice breakfast was served on the first floor. We were able to store luggage before after check in."
