"Nice apartment with everything you need. Close to shops, bakery, and restaurants. Both the sea and a pool are in immediate proximity. The host was helpful with anything you might need"

"To say this is a hidden gem is a huge understatement. The view from the apartment is breathtaking. Not only is the beach about 15 yards away, but there are three pools you can also use. Fantastic area fantastic apartment."

"Tout était parfait de l'accueil à la vue en passant par les équipements. Le Minuty est très bien situé avec une épicerie , une boulangerie et une pharmacie à 5 minutes. Idéalement placé pour visiter l'île. Idéal pour passer des vacances de rêve avec cette magnifique vue ! Merci à Joel et Sylvie qui font tout pour que le séjour se passe bien !"

"Très bel emplacement A proximité de marigot où il y fait bon se promener, déjeuner chez les lolo une mention spéciale chez Rosemary on a beaucoup aimé 😋 Pain épicerie à proximité Vue exceptionnelle L’appartement est hyper bien, nous étions 4 pendant 10 jours c’était parfait Joel et Sylvie les propriétaires sont hyper accueillants, très sympas Excellent séjour"

"Ottima posizione degli appartamenti con vista sulla bellissima spiaggia di Col de Sal. Ne avevamo uno sul giardino e uno al piano in alto. Quello a piano terra era appena stato ristrutturato in alcune parti come il nuovo pavimento; appartamenti dotati entrambi di ogni confort. ( c’ é una bella lavatrice) La palazzina era sul mare e vicina anche all’ ingresso. Positivo il mini market e la pizzeria ( anche se i prezzi del market sono elevati). Avevamo anche un posto auto riservato al coperto all’ interno della struttura comune, incluso nel pacchetto ,comodissimo. I titolari Chantal e Christian persone gentilissime e sempre disponibili, hanno dato la possibilità di avere anche un piccolo late check out. Gli appartamenti dotati di ottima aria condizionata sono anche silenziosissimi, non si sentono rumori nelle camere."

"The condo was well-equipped with everything for a fun and comfortable stay at the beach: beach towels, chairs, pool toys, plenty of seating, easy access to the beach and pool. There was also a PackNPlay and baby high chair. Drinks in the fridge upon arrival. The king-size bed was very comfortable. AC worked very well and was quiet. Great shower and large bathroom. Extra large living area giving out to grassy area leading to pool and beach was spectacular and comfortable. Designated parking space was very much appreciated as parking can be difficult on this property. Chelsea, Max and Leonard were so friendly, patient and helpful the entire stay. We look forward to returning and staying longer. Great value!"

"Stunningly beautiful apartment on the waterfront a short walk to downtown Marigot, walking distance to Fort Louis, walking distance to Festival du le Gastronomie events, lots of parking, floor to ceiling windows that slide completely open allowing an amazingly cooling breeze to pass through the apartment, beautiful sunsets from the balcony."
