VD Apartment

"When you're traveling with car the most important thing in city like Skopje is the parking place, this place has free parking spot in the premises wich is big plus especially in the city center. Everything is close, you have market in 2 minutes walking distance and the malls like Diamond mall and Ramstore are in about 5 minutes walk from the apartment, and if you like good coffee there is a coffee shop in front of the building entrance. The apartment is spacious and cozy and it was quiet during the stay. The owners are very responsive and the communication was quick and very concise and I will be coming again when I need to stay in Skopje."

"There was small things missing like hangers in the bathroom but nothing that makes big difference."

"The location is excellent, at a walking distance from the city center. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. There is everything you could need for a comfortable stay over a longer period as well."

"I noticed that the apartment had not been properly cleaned... I do not want to mention the details, but I think the owner should pay more attention to cleaning all the facilities after the previous users, i.e. before letting the new guests in. The last thing one wants to see when entering a rented apartment are the obvious signs of someone else using the space before. There are areas in every accommodation that have to be thoroughly cleaned."

"Sve je perfektno, lokacija, stan, komunikacija, cena. Pustili su nas ranije u apartman, što nam je puno značilo sa malom decom. Apartman je pravi stan, ima sve što je potrebno. Kad budem ponovo u Skoplju, opet ću se rado vratiti ovde."

"- Nikola is very hospitable person. He had contacted frequently before the arrival. He gives good recommendations about Skopje. - Property’s location is wonderful. 15 mins away from Alexander Square, 5 mins away from shopping mall bu walking. - House is very clean and neat. It has free carpark area. Also there is cafe in front of the entrance."

"Location is good and totally safe, in walking distance from the city center, althought we always took taxy as my friend's leg hurt. The apartment was clean, well-equipped (but I lacked the iron), and had a nice view from the balcony. The Host Mikola was super helpful and answered all of my questions in 1 minutes :) Recommended by us :)"
