"Very good taste of the hotel design inside and outside. The rate was reasonable for room and service during the period. Though the variety of breakfast was not that impressive, all the dishes were delicious which was beyond expectation. BTW, we really enjoyed the complimentary welcome drinks in the mini bar and bubble tea served in the casino!"

They sent us easter egg and complimentary gifts to room as we have two children. The breakfast buffet is really nice. Food and drinks are good."

"带着宝宝来过纪念日，很开心。地理位置很好，我们从永利皇宫过来，缆车下来走了5分钟就到；服务很好，送了MGM小狮子、小蛋糕和纪念日卡片，冰箱里的饮料有软饮、啤酒、畅喝，棒极了；因为第一次入住酒店，有不少事情需要咨询前台，接线员每次都是耐心回复我；傍晚还给我们铺了夜床，很温馨。带宝宝去了室外泳池，环境超级棒，除了有恒温泳池，还有几个温泉池，宝宝温泉池、按摩池和正常的温泉池，一边欣赏夜景一边泡温泉，非常惬意；酒店大堂还有海豚表演，宝宝们都很喜欢看；大堂的甜品有小狮子蛋糕，美味又好看。宝宝说下次还想来MGM！"
"排队checking花费了1个多小时，大堂的工作人员陆陆续续把队伍里的老弱病残和怀抱婴儿的客人都安排去了VIP，但是排队在我前面的一对老年夫妻，爷爷腿有点问题但是工作人员并没有发现他。另外，分享一下我在喜来登的经验，因为提前邮件发给酒店，告知过纪念日，对方邮件回复我登记了入住人的姓名，在大堂熙熙攘攘有50+人排队checking的时候，我跟他们说我提前邮件沟通过，他们立刻欢迎我，带着我和小伙伴去了隔壁安安静静的vip室内，全程VIP服务。我同样有提前邮件联系MGM，邮件里对方也很客气。但是来到MGM checking，看到队伍有一些些长（大约25人左右），我问了大堂一位工作人员（男士），他很抱歉跟我说没有VIP服务，只能在这里排队。然后我看到陆陆续续工作人员把队伍里的特殊人群带离队伍，我其实会感觉不太好。VIP应该不是针对老弱病残吧。我不能理解。"
"房間的空間比想像中大，而且由於是次出行是慶祝生日，酒店特別準備小蛋糕，水果跟公仔，十分貼心。還特別安排觀景房，mini fridge 的飲品免費，又可以express check out ,十分方便。房間的 VS 牌吹氣機很好用😉賭場有一枱賽馬的遊戲好獨特，其他賭場好像都沒有。糖展都十分有趣，值得去參觀一下。"
"房間可以多備一包手抽紙巾，另外，展覽可以有多一些介紹人員。因為有那麼好的展品都十分需要一些中國文化歷史的介紹配合。還有，請提供到港洙澳的交通，因為不斷轉乘真的很累。"
