"The villa was spacious and kept in immaculate condition thanks to a daily maid service. Upon arrival, my dad and I were hungry and without a vehicle so Marino (host) kindly drove us to the local supermarket to stock up on snacks. I spent my birthday in Mauritius and in the villa so Marino surprised me/us with birthday decorations as well making it all the more special. Other benefits of staying here included comfortable beds, strong water pressure and tranquil outdoor living. Marino is highly accommodating and I recommend these villas to anyone visiting Mauritius, especially those seeking a, “home away from home” type of feel."

"Marino, was at the villa as we pulled up. We received a warm welcome and he helped us with the luggage into the villa. Marino, gave us a tour of the villa and helped us get settled in. He offered us drinks and made sure everything was fine before he left us to unwind and relax. As he lives next door to the villa, he is always at hand. The 3 villas in the private compound are beautiful, and very well maintained. The garden is just impeccable and surounded by lots of lovely green vegetation (very tropical 🌴🌴). The cleaning ladies do a wonderful job of keeping the place neat and tidy, and are just awesome. Thank you Marino for being awesome... you really are a star! 🤗"

"We stayed at Preety Blue Residence from June 27 to 30, 2025, and it truly felt like a slice of tropical paradise. The property consists of three beautiful villas set in a lush garden full of palms, tropical plants and nice pool. Our villa was spacious and well-designed, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and an open-plan living area with kitchen and laundry, all opening up to the garden through large sliding glass doors. Above all, I want to express our sincere gratitude to our host, Mario. He was always available, kind, and incredibly helpful — and also a warm and pleasant person to talk to."

"Marino is the super host and the property is modern, yet homely. The pool area felt like an Oasis…. Very beautiful and at the same time very comfortable and relaxing. Everything was very very clean. "The location was not the best, hopefully they will develop the place at some point. The villa is placed in a poor location. Gravel and dodge looking place, we actually thought we were lost on arrival. We wanted to go find a new accommodation. If you are used to a suburban area it's not for you. I've lived in a suburban area all my life so I'm not used to such."
