"Η τοποθεσία καταπληκτική , στο κέντρο της πόλης , με όλων των ειδών τα μαγαζιά τριγύρω, με άριστη πρόσβαση σε μέσα μεταφοράς !!! Το πρωϊνό αρκετά ικανοποιητικό για να ξεκινήσεις τη μέρα σου. Ευτυχώς για μας υπήρχε υπάλληλος στη ρεσεψιόν ( η Μαριάννα ) που μιλούσε τη γλώσσα μας , οπότε μας βοήθησε πολύ σε όποιες πληροφορίες της ζητήσαμε. Υπήρξε πολύ ευγενική κι εξυπηρετική!!! Επίσης, στα θετικά μετράει και το ότι ζητήσαμε να αλλάξουμε δωμάτιο, επειδή το παράθυρό του έβλεπε στον ακάλλυπτο κι αμέσως μας εξυπηρέτησαν, βάζοντάς μας σε δωμάτιο που έβλεπε στον δρόμο!!"

"Το δωμάτιο ήταν κάπως μικρό. Επίσης , το τελευταίο βράδυ που κοιμηθήκαμε, ( 9 Νοεμβρίου ), κατά τη 1 και μισή , ξυπνήσαμε από έναν εκκωφαντικό θόρυβο, σαν σειρήνα, σαν συναγερμός, ο οποίος κράτησε κάποια δευτερόλεπτα , αρκετά όμως για να ταράξουν την ηρεμία μας. Προσπαθήσαμε να εντοπίσουμε την προέλευση του ήχου, αλλά δεν τα καταφέραμε. Καταλήξαμε στο συμπέρασμα ότι προερχόταν μέσα από το ξενοδοχείο και δεν ήταν κάποιος εξωτερικός θόρυβος κι ότι πιθανόν να ήταν από το σύστημα ανίχνευσης καπνού, που σημαίνει ότι μάλλον δεν ευθυνόταν το κατάλυμα , ( χωρίς βέβαια να είμαστε σιγουροι.). Την επόμενη μέρα φύγαμε χαράματα ,για να μη χάσουμε την πτήση, οπότε δεν είχαμε χρόνο να ασχοληθούμε με το περιστατικό. Κατά τα άλλα ,τίποτε το αρνητικό."

"The room and bathroom were a bit small. There were no slippers in the room. Also, our 11-year-old child slept in a separate bed and in the morning we noticed several insect bites on his body. The breakfast was also a bit limited in terms of variety."

"Our second stay at Koopermoolen, in the spa bath room and it was perfect. Large, clean room, daily housekeeping, friendly staff, lift to the room and continental breakfast included. The hotel is excellent value for money, quiet, relaxing and central to everything. Will definitely be returning."

"The room, while small (a single room), was extremely clean and nicely prepared. the bed was very comfortable and good quality bedding. Location was really perfect with quick access to the Amsterdam Centraal and effectively at the entrance to the busy tourist area.. Staff at reception were very friendly and ready to help.
