"All the staff were very nice and empathy specially cause the air conditioning wasn't working but to give to us a compensation we're allowed to stay few more hours for free which helped a lot. About the room I felt like the pictures are more little bit better than reality but definitely it's a good place to stay, very quiet and peaceful. Thank you to Susana(reception girl)."

"Beautiful quiet hotel. It is about 5KM from Mancora but we used this opportunity to walk to the town along the amazing beach every day but that's not for everyone. If you like being closer to amenities this hotel might not be for you. But if you like quiet locations very close to a stunning beach it's perfect. We ate in hotel on two nights and the food (and pisco sours) were excellent. Also very friendly staff. No one spoke english but we were able to communicate easily enough. Our room was beautiful with a gorgeous view and large terrace but there are a lot of steps to some of the rooms so if that's a problem for you you should let the hotel know and they could put you in the rooms closet to the pool which have less steps."

"The white sand beach is quiet and beautiful, lined with palm trees, and other hotels are visible but blend in fairly well with trees. The pool area is very nice, and the room itself is very nice. Breakfast was great and included smoothie, eggs, fresh fruit salad and yogurt, bread/jam and coffee. Location is great for an afternoon walk to Mancora (about 1:15 along the beach)."

"The a la carte offering for lunch and dinner is diverse and also quite good, though not the best value for money we have seen in Peru. The “dining” area / common area could use some additional lighting (eg fairy lights or more lamps on the tables) to make it more welcoming for dinner or drinks :)"

"We loved everything in Amai Luna, especially the natural decoration, the beautiful pool and the sunset at the beach (accessible from the hotel) ! It is a roughly 15min moto-taxi ride from Mancora, where we took surfin lessons during our stay."

"Absolutely beautiful place, so tranquil and relaxing. We especially loved the music choice for the restaurant / pool area. Rooms were lovely and spacious with a gorgeous, rustic design. The outdoor shower was such a nice touch. Breakfast was delicious and the lunch and dinner were also really tasty, great quality ingredients."

"Only issue was crickets in the room and lots of wasps by the pool area - which obviously wasn’t the property’s fault but just prepare for this and maybe use ear plugs for a full nights sleep without the crickets keeping you up!"
