"Τα δωμάτιο δεν ήταν τόσο προσεγμένα πολύ πρόχειρα … κ όχι ζεστά αρκετά ! Ηχομόνωση ελάχιστη έως καθόλου !!! Η τηλεόραση ούτε καν smart tv να έχουμε u tube , Netflix ! Δεν ήταν κ τόσο cozy το δωμάτιο θα έλεγα !"

"10 of us stayed in 5 rooms. Location was great, not far to walk into town for restaurants and bars, the river and castle -or to the tram stops. Our room was lovely, very spacious, with a large bathroom and all very clean. Daily cleaning service with fresh towels everyday.Breakfast was good with a selection of hot and cold choices, teas, coffee and juices. Fantastic roof top bar too, cocktails were delicious. The staff in the restaurant and bar worked extremely hard, especially the lady at breakfast. Good communication with reception via booking.com and they arranged our taxis to and from the airport"

"Only downside is we all found the bedrooms too hot and the air conditioning wasn’t cooling the rooms, just making them hotter! We had to open the window to cool the room, then it got too cold in the middle of the night. The restaurant was excellent, we ate there on our 1st night and despite having pre booked with reception several months ago and also confirmed nearer the time-the restaurant were unaware of our booking! Luckily they were able to accommodate all 10 of us. We would have eaten there again, but the menu was the same everyday and there wasn’t a lunch menu either, could have served sandwiches or light bites at the sky bar during the daytime."

"The location, staff and room size were excellent. When we complained about the temperature of the rooms, the lovely receptionist moved us with a smile."

"I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Rubinstein. Everything was excellent. The room was very clean and well maintained, and the housekeeping staff did a great job every day. I especially loved the breakfasts. It was such a pleasure that hot dishes like omelettes, soft-boiled eggs, and scrambled eggs were freshly prepared upon request. That made the experience feel personal and high quality. Thank you very much for the great service and hospitality. I truly enjoyed my stay."

"The hotel is more luxurious than its pictures on line. It’s right over the road from the oldest active Synagogue in Krakow. Our room on the 4th floor had a wonderful view of the ancient square and the surrounding city. The 360 degree vista’s from the sky bar on the roof are breathtaking. The sunsets from there are beautiful. The breakfast was delicious with both hot a d cold selection available. I enjoyed the fresh ginger, cinnamon and cloves that I could use to make herb tea. The traditional Jewish menu items were delicious. We had the humus plate starter and Duck main course which are highly recommended. (See image of delicious Duck, roast potatoes, jus and beetroot below). Thank you to the staff and management who offered us world class service. We had left our cell phone in an Uber and the concierge was a tremendous help in assisting us in getting it safely back to us."
