"- Location close to City Center - Friendly Service - Large enough room with modern bathroom"

"- Baggage drop off not before 11 o'clock can be in conflict with early arrivals - Location on a hill"

"Central location, clean, well equipped, fast WiFi. Isabelle is very helpful and friendly, gave us recommendations for places to eat and was easily reachable on the phone."

"Bedroom had 2 single beds instead of a double"

"It was a roomy suite, with plenty of room for the double bed, bench and bathroom on the entry level plus a two single bedroom space down a tight circular staircase. Then just outside a door from the lower bedroom was a spacious and moderaltely well equipped kitchen/dining area and sitting space. While up a hill from the main nearby metro stops, they are actually close and indeed most of the main sights are within walking distance. The host was welcoming and facilitated a very early check-in, allowing me to leave bags and get out in the town even though I arrived in the morning of my booking."

"Room lighting was dim so hard to read in the evenings. Sitting chair- just one on each level- was hard."

"Fantastic central location, clean and tidy and great service from start to finish ☺️"

"Rafaela was very accommodating and friendly. The location is handy to public transport etc., and very good for getting around Lisbon. Our kids loved it (although lots of walking up hills, as with anywhere in Lisbon). Having a kitchen and access to a fridge, cooking facilities was very helpful. It was perfect for our budget. Good recommendations for local food etc, which was lovely too."
