"This hotel is very clean and the staff was really nice and helpful. There is a great hotel bar, with drinks and you could also eat there. The location was good, near the 25th of april bridge and only 2 km from the end of the Lisbon half marathon."

"It's very runned down, doesn't feel like 4 star, room has almost no useful wall sockets to charge phone by the bed. The shower was awful wouldn't drain properly and was just a handheld shower hanging loosely so almost no space or range to get under. The toilet door was damaged and there was old marketing every where. Also very noisy! Could contantly hear noise from inside outside etc."

"The hotel itself is very good, the restaurant and food are excellent, the pool is fine, the sauna too, the fitness center could be a little larger and more modern."
"What definitely makes a guest decide to return to or recommend this hotel is the way they treat you. Whether the staff is of Portuguese or South American origin, the service is excellent; they are very friendly and warm. But unfortunately, there are some staff members who shouldn't work in a four-star hotel, and I'm referring to the two men at the reception desk who are Polish, or at least they communicated with each other in Slovak. Their customer service and the efficiency with which they should offer their guests are very poor. If it weren't for them, I would give the hotel a high rating."
