"Absolutely fabulous resort in a spectacular location. Every staff member was welcoming and helpful. Special shout out to Sala, Shadow, and Papu! But really, everyone was great."

Nothing to not like.

"A fun and colourful resort close to Grenada airport. We stayed here for a few nights at the start of our trip to Grenada and really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and reasonably comfortable; it had nice doors out with direct pool access and even had a small kitchenette. The grounds of the hotel are well thought out and it's nice to have the choice of pools, each with different views and vibes! The restaurant is great and we had some delicious meals, "Street Food Wednesday" was a highlight of our trip! There was also a wide range of tours and activities; we did a full island tour which was really worth it."

There are limited amenities near this hotel - other than the university, there is no town/restaurants/beach to walk to. The hotel was great and organizing taxis however and there is a free shuttle to the beach!

Organised tours available for guests from tourist agencies, for self organised guests rent-a-car is the only option for sightseeing. Some facilities require better maintenance.

It was not easy to get service on the tables near the beach. The sun beds did not have cushions so were uncomfortable to lay on.

A little tired in places - could do with a bit of a spruce up such as a lick of paint on all the walls, new carpets in the common areas (stairs) etc. Seemed to be a lot of staff but not a lot of guests (although the staff were lovely).

Ωραία θέα από τον 6ο όροφο, ήσυχο δωμάτιο, ό,τι πρέπει για χαλάρωση και ξεκούραση σε συνδυασμό με τις πισίνες και τις σάουνες. Πλούσιος ο μπουφές του πρωινού και του δείπνου. Ευγενικό το προσωπικό στην κεντρική ρεσεψιόν και το εστιατόριο."

Μας είχαν ψευδώς ενημερώσει γραπτά ότι τα μασάζ και το beauty περιλαμβάνονταν στην τιμή. Το προσωπικό είδε το μήνυμα αλλά είπε ότι δεν ισχύει και πρέπει να πληρώσουμε έξτρα. Επίσης μας είπε ότι έχουμε δίκιο, ότι όντως ήταν παραπλανητικό το μήνυμά τους, αλλά το μόνο που μπορούσαν να κάνουν ήταν να μας δώσουν δωρεάν μασάζ ΜΟΝΟ ΓΙΑ ΤΟΝ 1 ΑΠΟ ΤΟΥΣ 2. Τελικά ούτε rv είχαν διαθέσιμα για να μας εξυπηρετήσουν και φύγαμε χωρίς να έχουμε καμιά από αυτές τις παροχές που θέλαμε. Αν το ξέραμε, δε θα επιλέγαμε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο, θα πηγαίναμε να μείνουμε στο κέντρο και να μην κάνουμε 1 ώρα καθημερινά για να φτάσουμε στα αξιοθέατα. Ο κύριος στην κεντρική ρεσεψιόν που άκουσε τα παράπονά μας ήταν ευγενικός, οι γυναίκες στο spa reception ήταν τόσο ξινές!

"Το ξενοδοχείο ειναι σε εκπληκτική τοποθεσία δίπλα στο ποτάμι και παροτι σου δένει την αίσθηση που περιμένεια απο ενα τέτοιο ξενοδοχείο για σαφάρι, υπήρχαν λεπτομέρειες που του στερούν το άριστα... Τα δωμάτια παρα ταυτα ειναι πανέμοφα κατα την αποψη μου..."

Βγήκαμε στη βεράντα του εστιατορίου και δυστυχώς ανακαλύψαμε ότι σπάνια την καθαρίζει κάποιος....

"Great pools, no rush to grab a lounger in the morning, comfy bed, good shower, excellent location right in the middle of The Gap. The crazy golf course was superb! Gardens were large and well kept."

Bar was expensive so no-one really used it. Pure Ocean restaurant was just ok. Apartment was a bit tired in places. Felt it was expensive for what it was but worth paying the extra for pool/garden view.

Too big. Very noisy at breakfast. Only Asian breakfast options. Expensive restaurants. Don’t go to Thai restaurant in hotel. Really bad taste and nothing to do with Thai style

Couldn’t find any ramp which could be wheel chair friendly. A ramp could be introduced for ease of moving luggage’s and for elderly people.

Only couple of persons spoke english. Several restaurants in hotel, but you could only book online with one. When you come to hotel everything is in spanish, luckily I had colleague who could speak spanish so he was able to translate how to book breakfast, lunches and dinners etc.

In general, I really did like the property. It is perhaps not as fresh as it could be however that is part of its attraction.

Our room was cold, Maintenance came to sort it out but he didn't really know much about the thermostat, said he sorted it and it won't take long to heat uo, but never did, wasn't ideal with a little baby, said baby was asleep by time we realised it wasn't heating up. A small blemish on what was otherwise a really nice stay.

We would have preferred for our rooms to be closer together however we appreciate that the hotel was able to accommodate our additional request to have the rooms on the first floor in order to accommodate my elderly mom.

There was nothing significant to complain about. Overall, the experience met and even exceeded my expectations.

"Exceptional staff that turn this hotel into an unforgettable getaway. The whole place truly transports you somewhere else. The staff, coming from all over the Caribbean, were incredibly warm and friendly, making our stay feel genuinely special. The owner was fantastic—always present, talking with us, sharing stories, and really bringing them to life. It has been a delightful trip and a wonderful stay. We travelled with kids and it was the perfect set up. There are no real windows (only blinds and mosquito nets), so when the kids got loud, the neighbors could hear us. However room ventilation is really good, as there is a nice breeze at night. The location is also very convenient, well connected to both the north and the south. The food was surprisingly very good for a 4 night stay, breakfast was delicious. The pool and surroundings are wonderful. Would stay here every time I go back to Dominica."

The beach sand was a bit uncomfortable with lots of rocks and twigs.

"Our suite came with a hot tub on the balcony. It was beautiful view and the rooms were super comfortable. The suite also came with a glass of wine and complimentary breakfast buffet the next day. It was very pleasant and nice. We enjoyed our stay."

"Nice and spaceous property just a 5-10 min drive from Tahko Ski Resort. 3 of the rooms out of 4 had private bathrooms, which was very convinient. Also the sauna was very specious. Would come back again!"

"This motel was a wonderful surprise! The location is excellent, and the entire place is exceptionally clean. The room design is elegant and tasteful, creating a calm and comfortable atmosphere. Everything felt very well cared for, and the cleanliness really stood out. Highly recommended!"

If I had to mention one small area for improvement, it would be the layout — the bed is a bit close to the entrance door, which made the space feel slightly tight at times.
