La cama se movía se movía mucho y se corría del lugar muy incómodo de verdad El tv nunca funcionó Llamamos a recepción y nunca contestaron Mucha gente en recepción ala hora de la entrada

Organised tours available for guests from tourist agencies, for self organised guests rent-a-car is the only option for sightseeing. Some facilities require better maintenance.

A little tired in places - could do with a bit of a spruce up such as a lick of paint on all the walls, new carpets in the common areas (stairs) etc. Seemed to be a lot of staff but not a lot of guests (although the staff were lovely).

Βγήκαμε στη βεράντα του εστιατορίου και δυστυχώς ανακαλύψαμε ότι σπάνια την καθαρίζει κάποιος....

"A truly beautiful villa with a pool. The modern features are incorporated very tastefully into the authentic setting. An excellent breakfast and a stunning private beach, almost empty, with fish swimming around."

It is slight expensive and the restaurant don't have paper menu. Please tell them to have menu on the table or present it when asked.

"The location is right in the heart of Georgetown, within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions. The accommodation is beautifully designed,easily the best I’ve seen in Penang. The staff were incredibly friendly and always made sure we were well taken care of."

If I were to nitpick, the dinner menu could be a bit more interesting. Other than that, everything was great.

At that price I expected a ceiling fan ,especially with the high humidity, and a hot shower , even under a black solar bag . And a linen change should have happened, after a few hot and humid nights , the sheets become greasy and unpleasant to sleep on .

After we ordered the food it takes too long to get ,which is really not good

"It was old fashioned in a lovely sort of way. Rooms were private and the grounds are lovely. Huge pool!"

"We had a fantastic family holiday at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, staff were friendly, and breakfast was amazing. The location was perfect - quiet and close to the beach with a stunning view. We'd highly recommend it and can't wait to come back!"

"Exceptional site and lovely beaches & swimming pools with good restaurants"

The fact that, despite the heat, rooms were not supplied with drinking water & this had to be ordered from room service at $5 a small bottle. We had just arrived from staying at the Hamilton Princess hotel in Bermuda &, as is normal for luxury hotels of this standard, that had no problem in supplying drinking water to guests free of charge.
