"Sadly very thin walls, resulting in all sorts of noises from people talking in the apartment next door to water flushing in the toilet. But it was a corner apartment so the bedroom didnt have any shared walls."

"The studio I booked was very nice and clean, well equipped, with a very pleasant modern design. We also appreciated the location, quite close to the city center, it has a supermarket in proximity. The communication with the host was very efficient and they’ve helped us with some good suggestions regarding our visit."

"First of all, this is not the first location of Flat White Properties in Oradea where we, as a family of four, with two small children stayed. Like all of their locations, we always appreciate the fact that it is beautifully decorated, clean, that it has a washer and a microwave (necessary with small kids)."

Some things are broken, like the hinge of the table, the corners of the wooden floor, the balcony door doesn't fully close, the walls should be repainted. My advice is that the owners should once in a while go and sleep there one night, to see what should be fixed."

"The property is well-equipped. Everything is clean. A fully equipped kitchenette, you can find the necessary utensils and cutlery if you need to cook, a fridge, hair drier. The host is very kind, communication was not lacking. He recommended lot of places to visit and replied on everything. The apartment is on the 1st floor, so it is easy to get in with little kids and your luggage. The keys were handed in person."

The location is great — just a short walk from the supermarket and on a lovely street. The room had a beautiful view of the mountains, and the little garden outside added a really nice touch. Το σπίτι ήταν άνετο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, με μια κουζίνα που αξιοποιήσαμε στο έπακρο. Το BBQ στην αυλή ήταν ένα υπέροχο πρόσθετο που μας επέτρεψαν να χρησιμοποιήσουμε, προσθέτοντας μια όμορφη πινελιά. Ένα ακόμα εξαιρετικό σημείο ήταν η ύπαρξη ενός μπάνιου ανά δωμάτιο (συνολικά 3), κάτι που έκανε τη διαμονή ακόμα πιο άνετη. Σίγουρα θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά!"
