"You will probably be assigned another room rather than the one that you booked. However, our room was even better than the other one we reserved. Great and central location only 7min walk to the Dragon Bridge and the cable car for Ljubljana Castle. Very clean and the staff were very friendly. When we arrived there was no heating but once we reported, they turned it on immediately. The only thing that is missing was hair dryer and glasses in the room. Other than that, great value for money, cozy and clean."

"Room did not look like pictures which shows a variety of rooms which may not be the room you are assigned. However, facilities were the same."
