"The location and staff were exceptional in terms of customer care. Nothing was ever a problem, and any issues were dealt with swiftly. "Car park needs better monitoring, I would recommend vehicle registration being recorded on check-in as not accepting liability for any damage but vague monitoring of the car needs to be better organised and responsible accepted, else why have a guest car park in the first place. That we security are aware of the vehicles registered to guest staying at them hotel. In addition I would say more exotic food for breakfast would be an additional bonus."
