"Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία μέσα στην παλιά πόλη Itsan kala κοντά σε όλα τα αξιοθέατα. Χορταστικό πρωινό, ωραία σερβιρισμενο με μια αίσθηση σαν να είσαι μέλος της οικογενεια .Η οικοδέσποινα πολύ πρόθυμη να μας εξυπηρετήσει. Ο μάνατζερ Ιμπραχήμ μας βοήθησε σε ότι χρειάστηκε μιλώντας αγγλικά. Το συνιστούμε."

"The location is exactly inside Ichan Qala and walkable to all the sites. Goos atmosphere and quiet as it is family run guesthouse. The woman who serve all the guests need was friendly and trie her best. My room was clean and spacious enough. The breakfast provided was good too."

"Good location, comfortable beds, and good size rooms with air-con. Quiet at night, and only a 5 mins walk to the north gate and a 10 minute walk to the old centre of Khiva."
"The lady who ran the place didn't speak much English at all, and she didn't seem very friendly. Of you have foreign guests, at least have a little translated paper up on the wall with things like breakfast times etc. When I checked in, I told her I would be leaving before breakfast and could she prepare a take-away one. She said Yes. The next morning, noone was around, and there was no take-away breakfast. Not good. No real goodbye or thanks when I left. I just left the key on the table downstairs and went out the door."
