"First, the availability of people at the airport so they can assist with luggage and transportation to the hotel, in a secure and efficient way Second, payment processing in Online mode. There's a small charge with Cards but the conditions are clear and is within the expected range Comfortable beds. They also offer a nice restaurant where you can dine or have breakfast.
