Las actividades no están incluidas para huéspedes, todo se paga por aparte, el restaurante abre de 7:00 a 7:00… pero cuando fuimos a comer con mi familia eran casi las 8 y apenas estaban abriendo y no tenían café, tardaron hasta casi hasta el final de la comida para llevarlo, creo que podrían mejorar el echo de estar listos para recibir a los comensales a la hora que ponen que abre, y la hora de cierre es una pena por qué es muy temprano y debes salir del hotel y buscar fuera en vez de poder disfrutar de comer dentro del complejo, la regadera en nuestra habitación estaba tapada, solo salía agua de algunos agujeros y debes darle bastante presión para que caliente el agua y claro al darle presión duele en la piel que unos cuantos chorritos te peguen fuerte en la piel, éramos 3 y cuando se metió a bañar el 3ro el agua caliente se acabó y se bañó con agua casi fría…. Podrían mejorar esas cosas por qué el lugar es muy lindo

Staff otherwise not very friendly. Following pre-accomodation precautions confusing a bit, so by following them I chased away pick-up driver from Lanquin and had to transport myself to Pachamaya other way.
