"Casaviel was a lovely stylish quintessentialy basque guesthouse. Well located near the beach with lovely en suite rooms and dining room for breakfast. The use of the self contained kitchen and garden was also a bonus. Lucas, dianne and Vivi were very welcoming and made us feel right at home , giving us good suggestions for what to do on a wet weekend in Biarritz!"

"Lucas and Diane are wonderful hosts and made us feel very welcome in their home. Breakfasts were delicious and the interior design was very tasteful with lots of lovely furniture. Nothing felt like an imposition during our stay and Lucas was so generous with his time he happily talked me through the details of coffee roasting and ran a tasting session for me."

Beautiful not crowded beach is just 15 min by foot! Breakfast is super household made it. They are very nice And helpfull couple! I can just suggest this guesthouse!"

"Our stay at Casaviel exceeded our expectations, thanks to the exceptional hospitality of Diane and Lucas. The check-in process was seamless, and we found the house to be stunning. Our room was immaculate, and the garden provided a tranquil escape. The breakfast was a major highlight - we had fresh orange juice, freshly baked bread, fruit salad, and honey from Diane’s mum. To get around, we rented their e-bikes, which made exploring the center and nearby towns super convenient and giving us easy access to the best beaches. Also, thanks to Diane and Lucas’s tips, we were able to eat at the best restaurants and cafés, as well as visit the best surfing spots! The icing on the cake was Virgule, the sweetest dog, who greeted us every morning. We will definitely be coming back to visit for a longer period of time :)"

"I knew the area and L’escale was centrally situated. My trip was for leisure and rest and so after my exercise I had a refreshing pool and peaceful garden to relax in. I also liked the cabin style of accommodation, this gave me a proper bed, bathroom and kitchen area but in a different style of property"
