"We stayed in the private apartment a few blocks from La Comarca Hostel. It has everything you need - comfy double bed, an en suite with large shower, and a well equipped little kitchen with a stove, toaster, kettle. The whole vibe was very stylish, modern and clean. All the staff were lovely!! I said it was my partners birthday before arrival and they had put up balloons and little treats for us! Although we didn’t stay in the main hostel, it had a warm vibe when we dropped by and we were allowed to leave our bikes down the side of the hostel for a few nights while hiking. Overall, highly recommend!"

The hotel has everything you would need, including a hair dryer. The bathroom and shower were especially great, very clean and comfortable. I was also really touched by the sign at the entrance of the bathroom clearly stating “Female Toilet, males not allowed.” It shows real respect for women and made me feel very safe. Little details like this genuinely warm your heart. I honestly don’t understand why this hotel has such a low rating on Booking. If the full score is 10, I would definitely give it a 10. "This is a really great hostel. Perfectly located in the historic centre and yet close to restaurants and shops. A warm welcome and helpful staff throughout who all seem to enjoy their roles. They even provided a towel as well as fresh linen for the dormitory beds. Really nice design for the hostel - clean and bright."

"Spent some wonderful days here! Especially Yessin, the host is really nice and helpful! There’s a shared kitchen, a terrace, where you can meet other guests and also a living room. Beds are comfy. Would recommend it for backpackers, who want to explore Tatouine and the area around. Yessine can you provide recommendations for both and even organise a tour."

"This is a very nice hostel with extremely nice staff members and very comfortable beds. I was quite fortunate that I had an entire room to myself due to my visit being in January (the quiet season). The common is also very nice and the beach is very close by. Overall, this hostel is excellent value for money!"

While it is great that this hostel is right next to the beach, it is a little bit of a walk from the main train station (around 20 minutes). It also gets a little confusing when it comes to how to get to the hostel when crossing the bridge. These are only minor things but worth mentioning, especially if you are walking from the main train station.

"Ολοι οι χώροι ήταν πεντακάθαροι. Τα δωμάτια καθαρίζονται καθημερινά και φυσικά αλλάζονται και τα κλινοσκεπάσματα. Ολοι οι χώροι ζεστοί. Οι τουαλέτες και οι ντουζιέριες έτυχε και ήταν επαρκής κατά τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μου. Επίσης έκπληξη ήταν ότι υπήρχε σαμπουάν και αφρόλουτρο. Το προσωπικό εξυπηρετικότατο. Όλα τα ντουλάπια ευρύχωρα, και αυτά των δωματίων και αυτά στο κουζινάκι. Το μπαρ στο ισόγειο έχει εξαιρετικό βαιμπ και εξαιρετικά κοκτέιλ. Καλά από τοποθεσία, πιο κέντρο δε γίνεται."

Οι κουκέτες είναι αρκετά παλιές και ειδικά το ένα βράδυ η κοπέλα που κοιμόταν στην από κάτω στριφογυρνούσε τόσο πολύ, σα να πάλευε, με αποτέλεσμα να τραντάζεται όλη η κουκέτα λες και γινόταν σεισμός. Δεν κοιμήθηκα καλά εκείνο το βράδυ. Αυτό όμως δεν αρκεί για να βάλω κακή κριτική.

"The views from the house is amazing! The beaches nearby are empty and beautiful, and you got a bit of a local vibe. Food was really good and in general good value for money. Would highly recommend. If you come to surf be aware that there is no good places to rent proper surfboards nearby🏄‍♀️"

Rooms very very basic and had a mould issue. But other than that was okay. We didn’t have bed bugs in our room, but we met other backpackers in the dorm beds that said they did have them…

"The hostel was pretty clean. The staff at the reception were friendly, helpful, and patient. They have a lot of knowledge about tourism in Bagan and were always happy to give advice or answer questions. It was also very convenient that they can help you book buses directly at the hostel, and that you can rent e-bikes. Another big plus is the atmosphere. The hostel is social, but not in an overwhelming way. It’s not loud or pushy. There are great opportunities to connect with other travelers if you want, but you can also just sit by the pool and enjoy some quiet time. I think this place is perfect both for people looking for peace and quiet and for those who want to meet others."

There wasn’t much to complain about. The only small improvement I can think of would be adding curtains to the beds, which would give a bit more privacy.

"Μοντέρνο ντιζάιν σε όλους τους χώρους, πολύ ευχάριστο περιβάλλον, εξαιρετική τοποθεσία δίπλα στο Vik, ευγενική υποδοχή και πεντακάθαρα δωμάτια.
