"Very spacious, very private. It was comfortable. We were kindly met at San Marino bus station and taken to the villa. Also kindly taken to the supermarket first to buy some food as the villa is very isolated. Taxi was recommended to us, and was reliable and comfortable. The area was amazing to visit. Information was sent to us to answer our questions. Prompt response."

The villa was further away from the main area of San Marino than expected. As we did not have a car, we were reliant on a taxi, which worked out very expensive. There were a few items in the sink which looked as if intended to be washed up but forgotten. We struggled with sorting out the TV and also finding the right adapter for our chargers and could not find a familiar kettle. These were little things but frustrating after a long journey. It would have been helpful to have an information booklet to explain some of these things so we did not have to keep asking our host.

"The beautiful pool and the very cheerful yellow coloured studio with all comforts you want, plus very close to the seafront. We loved it!!!"

"It was a nice house 5 minutes walking from the beach. The team was very supportive solving any issues very quickly. Having Ramón also helped a lot with the shopping and the cooking for a big group as it was out case, and everything was very tasty. The rooms were very clean, and it was useful to have the laundry for one week stay."

The only room for improvement was agreeing the breakfast or dinner times with the chef, which was sometimes not clear to coordinate.

"The Uncle and Aunty were very helpful and friendly. Upon receiving they have explained everything in clear words. Everything is written with clear instruction in the house so you don't have any issues using any stuff. It was a wonderful experience...perfect place for a family to stay."

"Spacious, comfortable and clean villa close to the popular beach of Tofta. Our kids loved the private pool and ping-pong table. Thanks to the generosity of the owner, we were able to explore the island and left feeling both wiser and entertained. Highly recommended!"

Everything was lovely. One small note only: it would have been nice if sheets were included in the rental, as guests might assume they are.

The villa was nothing like the images !! The house down but not wow. The most horrible beds and pillows I have ever slept in - really hard Hard to get reservations in the restaurants sometimes

"The villas are on private property just off the beach road that divides the property to peaceful lush gardens with villas and the beach side with pool, bar, outdoor shower and beach area. Villa has a spacious teracce that is perfect spot for relaxing and wildlife watching - birds, iguanas, parrots, butterflies, collibries - better than the Gilpin trail! :) Each villa has own host that met us at our arrival. She helped us to settle, showed us the house and next day she cooked the lunch for us as per our wish - the local cuisine - callaloo, cou cou and mahi mahi and it was delicious."

That we could not stay longer! :) And the fans above the bed were little fast, not able to slow them down.

Χρειάζεται ανακαίνιση το ξενοδοχείο, για 3 αστέρια πιστεύω πως είναι. Σοβάδες πεσμένοι, η πόρτα του μπάνιου δεν έκλεινε καλά λόγω φουσκώματος από τις υπηρεσίες.

This was a good bed and breakfast stay for us, only thing I didn’t like was the price but that’s nothing to do with the property it’s just a netherlands standard thing which is around 200 per night
