Very small rooms, food options r limited and very expensive, exchange rate at reception is very poor, toiletries in room is very limited, not easy to find a taxi, no mini markets/shops around.

"I was able to book a room just before midnight of the same night (in the app it says 24 hours front desk). When I arrived, the doors were closed. I was able to call and they were able to open the doors after I woke them up and accommodated me but it's quite a surprise if it says 24 hours front desk and then it actually isn't..."

No hot shower, which was inconvenient. Noisy installations that affected comfort (water pump, no well isolated for insects) The check-in process was a bit complicated, but since it's a family-run business, we were understanding.

The service was excellent, and the staff were very warm and welcoming, especially Allan who made us feel truly cared for. It was truly a charming stay at Lonno Lodge and we would gladly return and Watamu as a city is a very beautiful place very worth visiting Jonas & Siam"

Στις πισίνες δεν υπήρχαν ναυαγοσώστες. Στο μπουφέ θα μπορούσε να έχει σε καθημερινή βάση και παιδικό γεύμα για τα παιδιά.

Το πάρκινγκ δεν είναι εξασφαλισμένο είναι πάνω στον δρόμο κ σχεδόν πάντα γεμάτο κ πρέπει να ψάχνεις ή να σου βρουν μια λύση από την ρεσεψιόν κ με κίνδυνο να σε γράψουν και για στάθμευση (συνεβει σε άλλον ένοικο μπροστά μας). Αρκετά μακριά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο της πόλης

Probably just the traffic and noises makes by vendor as the hotel is opposite the national library. Hence many youngsters hangout there everyday and worst is over the weekend.

Por ahí tener un colcha de verano o similar. Y que el baño tenga cortina a fin de que no se moje todo al bañarse. Igual todo correcto.

Please note the hotel is about a 30 minute walk from the main square and public taxis are very few. To get around, you need to have a Mongolian SIM to use the taxi apps, master the bus system, of hitchhike

"Our NGO had a conference in the hotel. the staff was excellent in preparing the conference room and addressing out needs. The conference catered food was excellent. I stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks and had breakfast every day. After the first 2 days, I realized that one could order eggs or omelet. Which was fine but why didn't they tell me at the beginning? Fruit selection was good. Coffee was also good. the wam milk for coffee was frequently empty but refilled on request."

"The team were very friendly and a great support with questions we had. We were met at the airport terminal and driven to the hotel using the free shuttle service. The room was really spacious and clean and breakfast was a great selection. We had asked for help with something very specific which wasn't part of the hotel and the team said to leave it with them and they'd call the room when they had the answer and, they did that!"

Some of the bathrooms should be renovated, one leaked water even to the mainroom, which was dangerous. Even others have humidity damages and small cockroaches. I was twice bitten by insects during the night, probably bedbugs or ants, and had to ask the staff to spray my room again. Some of the sheets are obviously not pure cotton and itchy.
