Το Villa Punta βρίσκεται στο Ζαντάρ, σε μια περιοχή που ονομάζεται Borik, μόλις 5μ. από τη θάλασσα. Διαθέτει κλιματιζόμενα δωμάτια με δωρεάν Wi-Fi και κοινόχρηστο κήπο με μπάρμπεκιου. Οι ξαπλώστρες και οι ομπρέλες είναι δωρεάν για όλους τους επισκέπτες. Όλες οι μονάδες διαθέτουν καθιστικό και τηλεόραση επίπεδης οθόνης με δορυφορικά κανάλια. Το ιδιωτικό μπάνιο περιλαμβάνει ντους και στεγνωτήρα μαλλιών, ενώ τα μπαλκόνια προσφέρουν θέα στη θάλασσα. Η περιοχή Borik είναι γεμάτη από καφέ και εστιατόρια, όλα προσβάσιμα σε 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια, ενώ το πλησιέστερο παντοπωλείο απέχει 250 μέτρα. Σε απόσταση 350μ. θα βρείτε γήπεδα τένις, γυμναστήριο και κέντρο ευεξίας. Η παλιά πόλη του Ζαντάρ απέχει 3χλμ. και προσφέρει πολλά αξιοθέατα, όπως το μοναδικό Θαλάσσιο Όργανο και το Χαιρετισμό στον Ήλιο, αλλά και ιστορικά αξιοθέατα, όπως η εκκλησία του Αγίου Δονάτου και η πύλη Landward. Σε απόσταση 300μ. κάνουν στάση τοπικά λεωφορεία που σας μεταφέρουν στο κέντρο του Ζαντάρ κάθε μισή ώρα. Ο κεντρικός σταθμός λεωφορείων και τρένων απέχει 8χλμ., ενώ το αεροδρόμιο είναι 15χλμ. μακριά.

"We had an unforgettable stay at Villa Punta ! The villa impresses with its modern atmosphere, cleanliness, and comfort. We especially loved the terrace with its sea view – the perfect spot for a morning coffee or an evening relax. The location is also very convenient: shops, restaurants, and picturesque beaches are nearby, yet the villa feels peaceful and private. We also want to highlight the hosts – they are incredibly friendly, always ready to help, and gave us very useful tips. Thanks to them, our stay was even more enjoyable. We highly recommend Villa Punta to anyone who values comfort, tranquility, and the beauty of the coast. We definitely want to come back!"

"The villa is lovely- the bed is huge and very comfy. The sofa bed on the living area was easy to use and also comfy. The kitchenette has two hobs which was helpful when cooking- there is also coffee machine, toaster etc. The balcony is spacious (although this may differ from apartment to apartment) with great view across the water- it made our stay 😍 The location in Puntamika is perfect- across from the beach with a beach bar. A short walk to other bars and restaurants, the Marina and a supermarket. It’s about a 40 minute walk to Zadar old town or 5-7euros in an uber. In the other direction you can walk all the way along the coast through the Punta- it’s lovely and the sunsets are amazing! The accommodation is great value when compared to other apartments/hotels in the area and the hosts are friendly and incredibly helpful (both prior to the stay and during)."

"Being able to see and hear the sea would be good enough, but the apartment is really nice and well located, even though it is far from the center. The neighborhood is very nice and you can take a pleasant walk to the center along the seafront. I recommend it. We were also very well received by the hostess."

"Excellent location right next to the water. It is a long walk to old town if you want to walk, but a big portion is along the coast and absolutely worth it. The upper floor rooms have a sea view and a small balcony to sit and enjoy the view. Zadar itself is a cute town to spend a couple of days"
