"The rooms were very nice and the staff are awesome and very kind. In the end, during check out, we had to pay the tax and parking. But unintentionally they took a little more amount. But the young lady ran quickly to the private parking to say they took a bit more and to refund the amount. This proves the kindness of the staff and the honesty. Appreciated that"

"To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."
