"Great pools, no rush to grab a lounger in the morning, comfy bed, good shower, excellent location right in the middle of The Gap. The crazy golf course was superb! Gardens were large and well kept."

Bar was expensive so no-one really used it. Pure Ocean restaurant was just ok. Apartment was a bit tired in places. Felt it was expensive for what it was but worth paying the extra for pool/garden view.

Too many kids - weather was a bit rainy so they were mostly inside...

Ευγενικό το προσωπικό στην κεντρική ρεσεψιόν και το εστιατόριο."

Μας είχαν ψευδώς ενημερώσει γραπτά ότι τα μασάζ και το beauty περιλαμβάνονταν στην τιμή. Το προσωπικό είδε το μήνυμα αλλά είπε ότι δεν ισχύει και πρέπει να πληρώσουμε έξτρα. Επίσης μας είπε ότι έχουμε δίκιο, ότι όντως ήταν παραπλανητικό το μήνυμά τους, αλλά το μόνο που μπορούσαν να κάνουν ήταν να μας δώσουν δωρεάν μασάζ ΜΟΝΟ ΓΙΑ ΤΟΝ 1 ΑΠΟ ΤΟΥΣ 2. Τελικά ούτε rv είχαν διαθέσιμα για να μας εξυπηρετήσουν και φύγαμε χωρίς να έχουμε καμιά από αυτές τις παροχές που θέλαμε. Αν το ξέραμε, δε θα επιλέγαμε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο, θα πηγαίναμε να μείνουμε στο κέντρο και να μην κάνουμε 1 ώρα καθημερινά για να φτάσουμε στα αξιοθέατα. Ο κύριος στην κεντρική ρεσεψιόν που άκουσε τα παράπονά μας ήταν ευγενικός, οι γυναίκες στο spa reception ήταν τόσο ξινές!

"I love this family friendly vibe! There is a pool for kids, adults with swim up bar and another quieter relax pool for adults only. The shows were good- the circus show and the fire show were my favorites. Everyone from the front desk to servers to housekeeping were friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, you have a choice in the evening between the buffet and restaurants."

It took us a few days to figure out what was happening at the resort as our Spanish was so limited.

"A good hotel with a decent and tasty breakfast served in an interestingly located restaurant. The rooms are clean and spacious. It's pleasantly cool in summer even during the heat, although there's no air conditioning. A special highlight is the mountain river flowing nearby — you can hear its sound at night. The location is truly excellent, especially convenient because the free shuttle bus stop is right next to the hotel. In the pool, the water is very warm, but it was impossible to use it — all the spots around the pool were constantly occupied."

"This motel was a wonderful surprise! The location is excellent, and the entire place is exceptionally clean. The room design is elegant and tasteful, creating a calm and comfortable atmosphere. Everything felt very well cared for, and the cleanliness really stood out. Highly recommended!"

If I had to mention one small area for improvement, it would be the layout — the bed is a bit close to the entrance door, which made the space feel slightly tight at times.

"I thought the meals were good overall and the locations (I.e. grill, restaurant) very convenient. The staff at Divi were very professional, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. My family felt welcomed throughout our stay and really enjoyed our time at the resort."

We would have preferred for our rooms to be closer together however we appreciate that the hotel was able to accommodate our additional request to have the rooms on the first floor in order to accommodate my elderly mom.

The resort is not in walking distance to San Ignacio. You need a car (and worse a parking spot) to go there. This makes you dependent on the hotel‘s facilities and restaurant. Be aware that the breakfast included only means a small selection of breakfast choices. Whenever you want something extra eg eggs you pay extra! You pay a 10% „service charge“ on everything, even on the organization of tours, which is quite a ripoff. I did some activities organized by the hotel. These tours (especially the mayan cooking class) are real good, however as a single I had to pay for two people (minus a small discount). Moreover, tax & „service charge“ were added to the net prices mentioned in the flyer. Taken together this makes these tours unacceptably expensive.
