"Their restaurant within the hotel served excellent food which cost a decent price compared to other restaurants. The location was alright as it had corner shops and a masjid nearby. But was difficult when attempting to get a taxi."
"My daughters room carpet had cigarette looking burns as well as a cigarette smell. The receptionist claimed it was cleaning products however the smell lingered around and if it was cleaning products it would have gone. Also we were trapped in a restaurant for hours due to numerous taxis refusing to take us to the hotel because of the location during a flood."

"من ناحية الاستقبال، كانت الموظفة في غاية اللطف والاحترافية، وتم إنهاء إجراءات الدخول بسرعة وسلاسة، مع ترحيب جميل يعكس اهتمامهم بالضيوف. أما بالنسبة للراحة، فالغرفة كانت نظيفة جدًا ومرتبة، والسرير مريح ويوفر نوم هادئ. الإضاءة والتكييف كانوا مضبوطين، وكل التفاصيل داخل الغرفة مدروسة لتوفير أقصى درجات الراحة. الخدمات بشكل عام ممتازة، سواء من ناحية النظافة اليومية أو سرعة الاستجابة لأي طلب."
