"Спасибо за гостеприимство, все было как на фото, даже лучше, отличная локация, хозяева совсем не беспокоили, но помогали, когда надо. Квартира очень чистая, детали продуманы, было уютно и комфортно."

"Отличная, чистая, уютная, а главное для зимы очень теплая квартира. Все новое. Есть вся необходимая техника. Интернет скоростной бесперебойный. Порадовало наличие двух смартТВ)) Мы очень рады, что выбор наш выпал именно на этот вариант. Все как на фотографиях и даже лучше. Милой хозяйке отдельная благодарность на теплый прием и возможность заселиться раньше по времени. Локация идеальная. Теперь будем выбирать для себя своих и гостей только этот вариант."

"I really liked staying here, and this may be biased, because I had the whole big room to myself (as there were no other female guests). The gentleman at the reception had kindly offered me the room seeing that I had booked a mixed dorm, so I really appreciated the extra privacy. A huge shoutout to him, as he helped me fend off an aggressive taxi driver who demanded an unreasonable fare for a short ride. Felt super safe staying here as a solo woman traveller. Will recommend!"

"Very cozy and cool apartment! Since it's a newly built building, everything was in great condition. We stayed for two days and had everything we needed. For someone planning to stay longer, like a week or more, it’s a perfect choice. The location was also excellent. In Dushanbe, this area is ideal.... don’t worry too much about looking for an “old town” vibe, there really isn’t one. But from here, it's easy to access everything around the city."

"The apartment is in an excellent location, just steps away from Rudaki Avenue and right behind the new Parliament building. It’s very spacious and comfortable, especially for two people. A wide selection of restaurants and cafes are within easy walking distance. Most of Dushanbe’s major attractions are also easily reachable on foot. The host was very helpful and communicative, and also can speak French."

"Before visiting Asham I thought I had problems with sleeping, but in this place you REALLY have a good rest. Gusar village is 25 min far from Penjikent by car (you can catch the one near the M.Bashoro mosque in Penjikent), the guesthouse is situated in the Asham store building. There is a local market, grocery stores and marshrutka stop near. My dormitory was very big and clean, bed was extra-comfortable, window view was the best ever (mountains). The shower is inside the dormitory, it s very convinient! Hot water 24/7, towels and slippers, kettle and cups are provided. Room was much better than photos on booking, so if you are looking for the comfort and calmness Asham is what you need. But be informed that on Saturdays and Sundays a noisy tajik weddings can be held in the building. Anyway it is a good opportunity to see tajik wedding)) It`s ok if you make photos and dance with guests)) Staff was so kind and hospitable, if you have any problem or question, just ask)"
