"Good location. A few minutes walk to the public beach, bus stops, next to a supermarket. Parking available. Night life nearby. A few restaurants reachable on foot. The staff was very nice and polite. Had a little issue with the aircon and the manager was quick to sort it out. Room was cleaned and towels changed daily."

The glass door in the bathroom rubs against the floor and makes a loud noise. Lots of dried leaves in the pool. The internet is too slow.

"Great location. Just few minutes away walking to the beach and good restaurants. The apartment is clean, tidy and more spacious than seen in the pictures. There was storm Benjamin when we were there! Hence we couldn't go far. But it was my husband's birthday, so we wouldn't just stay inside. So I booked the Noordzee restaurant just literally across the apartment. (6-7m away), and we had a fantastic dinner! Joost & Nicolette are good hosts and responsive"

The bed is a bit too soft to our liking. And thankfully we're at the 1st floor so we didn't need to climb the steep stairs too much.

Johnny is very welcoming and speaks excellent English and Dutch amongst other languages. He arranged airport transfers and transfers to Cidade Velha which all went smoothly. There is a cafe and few restaurants round the corner and a pretty restaurant by the beach."

"Ήταν πολύ κοντά στη θάλασσα. Είχε mini market με μεγάλη ποικιλία ειδών και φρέσκο ζεστό ψωμί κάθε μέρα! Οι πισίνες ήταν καλά οργανωμένες και με αρκετές παροχές ( ποτά, φαγητά κτλ). Το δωμάτιο ήταν όμορφο και πλήρως ανακαινισμένο. Το προσωπικό εξαιρετικο!!"

Η θέα από το δωμάτιο μου όπως και από πολλά ακόμη δωάτια ήταν αποηοητευτκή καθώς έβλεπε στο νεκροταφείο....καθόλου ωραίο θέαμα ειδικά το πρωί...

"Once inside the apartment, it is a different story: the apartment is spacious, well-designed, and clean. Also, the view of the surrounding area is magnificent - it does welcome one to Addis Ababa. The apartment caretaker, Selechi, is very resourceful and helpful in providing any needed information; he will go a distance to help guests order food and drinks. Kudos Selechi; keep up the good work."

The train rail track in front of the apartment hotel makes it difficult for taxi drivers to pick up or drop off a guest. The rail track extends to about 2 miles past the hotel; the Chinese contractors need to revisit that project.

The only downside in our opinion is no grocery stores in walking distance. You do need a car to move around.

Not really suitable without a car, it’s quite a steep walk up from Camp’s Bay and then have to walk through the basement car park to access the apartments. I found it quite expensive just for a studio compared to other accommodation I have used but Camps Bay is a more expensive area.

Woke up every morning around 6 from the dogs barking.

"Ήταν όλα εξαιρετικά..Ευχαριστώ προσωπικό καλή τοποθεσία κ πολύ ήσυχα αυτο που θέλαμε..Αν και βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό δρομο δεν ακούγαμε τα αυτοκίνητα..Δεν χρειαζότανε να χρησιμοποιήσουμε το αυτοκίνητο γιατι ηταν ολα πολύ κοντά μας..Το χρησιμοπιουσαμε μονο οτσν πηγενα θάλασσα..Ανετα και πολύ καθαρά τα δωμάτια τους..Εχει 2 πισινες οι οποίες ειναι πολυ καθαρες."

Το μπαρ έξω στη πισίνα χρειάζεται λίγη οργάνωση..Δηλαδή είχε βασικές εληψεις από ποτα..
