The cottage was not super clean upon arrival, overly expensive optional 'add ons' (sheets/cleaning fee/equipment rental).

He welcomes you with open arms and helps with absolutely everything at any time. The apartment is really charming and you feel at home immediately when you step in. The room is very spacious and the bed so comfy. Kitchen and bathroom are fully clean and equipped with everything. I am recommending this place so very much! Le carbet est très sympa, avec des lits installés sous le toit, ce qui donne beaucoup de charme. La crique est adorable et parfaite pour se baigner facilement, même avec un enfant. Mamie Arlette est extrêmement à l’écoute et chaleureuse, ce qui rend l’accueil encore plus agréable. Bon à savoir , possibilité de manger sur place pour 35 euros par personne"

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The tented room was very comfortable and we loved the deck with the far reaching views and watching the animals. We did two game drives here with Lucky and he was excellent."

There is a steep stairs on the 1st floor to enter your rooms.

"It's an exceptionally clean and comfortable campsite, with friendly staff. The food in the restaurant is delicious and the service excellent. The location is beautiful. Although not far from the station, there is a frequent bus, which is useful if you have luggage or skis."

There is nothing that I don't like.

Water in toilet was salty and low pressure. Could improve food and menu.

"The accomodation is always clean and well appointed and the staff are super friendly. We love the location, so close to the town but far enough away that's it's quiet."

It would be helpful if there was a bath mat provided to keep the floor dry. And I am glad that washing up liquid is now provided, as in previous years we have had to buy our own.

Swimming pool was closed for the four days I stayed there. Food options were limited but it was during Ramadan.

"Small authentic hotel with a beautiful view of the tea plantations. We booked a bungalow with a balcony, bathroom and bedroom. Breakfast was good, but we waited for dinner for more than 1.5 hours."
