"A wonderful hotel that makes you sleep with peace of mind. A warm reception and a smile on their faces. The breakfast is good. The place is very quiet and peaceful. I recommend it to you. The room has air conditioning and a flat-screen TV that only has Tunisian channels. There are no movie channels. This is the point.I don't like it. I want all the channels on the TV. Wi-Fi in every room. Good. The security guard is cheerful. Thank you."

I just didn't like the breakfast. I don't want eggs with onions. Everyone is free to eat what they want.

"Είναι σε πάρα πολύ καλή τοποθεσία τα λεωφορεία Είναι κοντά. Εξυπηρέτηση πάρα πολύ καλή πάρα πολύ ασφαλείς σούπερ μάρκετ πιτσαρίες και άλλα επίσης είναι δίπλα το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα για νεαρά άτομα ζεστό νερό για μπάνιο με αφρόλουτρο και σαμπουάν στην ντουζιέρα το μπαρ στο ισόγειο είναι πολύ ωραίο.....!!!!"

Είναι δύσκολο το να βγεις από το κρεβάτι όταν είσαι κάποιας ηλικίας και το 1 μπάνιο για 10 άτομα κάποιες φορές είναι κάπως δύσκολο.

"The hostel was run by a really lovely woman and her daughter who were so kind and friendly - they made our stay. The hostel was relaxed and had a good kitchen and areas to relax. The rooms are simple but comfortable."

"MyFarm is not just a place to sleep. It is a vibrant place full of life. You wake up from the sound of beautiful birds in the morning, you can join the MyFarm team for breakfast and talk about their daily life here. All the staff is super nice and accommodating. It's amazing to be inside such a wonderful place that gives out free education to the people who live around here. I ended up helping out in the different educational programs and I loved every moment of it. I thought I just went for a cheap place to stay that was also social, but I got so much more. I will definitely come back as a volunteer to the project."

I honestly have nothing

"The atmosphere is very welcoming, homely, laidback. The staff are both locals and volunteers and this mix creates a great atmosphere. The friday braais are great for meeting people and can be a good pre-drinks for going out. Next to that it isn't a massive party hostel, which is a good thing to me. It's social, and many drinks are done in the evening in the common area, but when you go to sleep it has mostly quieted down. People that want to party further go out to the city at that point. There aren't that many other activities, but people organize it through the hostel whatsapp. Sometimes they do a volley session on the beach or volunteers might initiate something like Laura starting her Thursdays morning workout! Also, they are very relaxed in letting us borrow some coolers from the kitchen to go to the beach or a weekend festival even."

I would love it if the volley would become a weekly scheduled thing too. That on Wednesday / Tuesday and the braai on Fridays would be the perfect amount of planned activities combined with spontaneous stuff that's planned through whatsapp.

"Ηταν πολύ κοντά στην παλιά πόλη με τα πόδια, ήταν οργανωμένο και περιποιημένο παρά την πολύ χαμηλή του τιμή. Το βρήκαμε εύκολα και φτάσαμε μέσα σε 30’ από το αεροδρόμιο στις 12 το βράδυ με το βασικό εισιτήριο λεωφορείου που είναι πάμφθηνο"

Πραγματικά δεν ξέρω εάν έχω το δικαίωμα να παραπονεθώ δεδομένης της χαμηλής τιμής που πληρώσαμε, ωστόσο η καθαριότητα θα μπορούσε να έχει γίνει πιο προσεκτικά ( Δεν Ήταν βρώμικα απλά θα μπορούσε να είναι πιο καθαρά) και να υπήρχε μία επιπλέον κουβέρτα γιατί ένα βράδυ κρύωνα. Επίσης δεν υπήρχαν σαμπουάν στο δωμάτιο, αν και μου είπαν ότι μπορώ να ζητήσω από την ρεσεψιόν. Έτυχε να έχω μαζί μου και δεν ζήτησα, αλλά θα ήταν καλό να υπήρχε έτσι κι αλλιώς στο δωμάτιο.

"It's a cozy hostel with a nice common area, warm shower, enough space everywhere, a small breakfast included, in a nice neighbourhood more relaxed than Old Dhaka, and reasonably close to the metro into the city centre (walkable, or take a rickshaw). It's also close enough to the airport and railway station (by tuktuk or Uber). It has nice restaurants nearby, coffee places and Western fastfood options if you're into that. It is well worth the price of a bed, and probably the only good option in the country if you are a solo traveler/backpacker and you want to meet other travelers. Armin, who manages the Hostel, is a friendly, easy-going guy, and helpful."

The mattresses are a little thin, but to be honest, that was the case in most places in Bangladesh. Don't expect the Hilton when it comes to cleanliness, and you'll be fine.

"The owner was very nice and the room was clean (we stayed in the hotel room with the barhroom). The kitchen was well equipped. It’s close to the boat taxi port, from where you can easily get tongue center."

The walls were thin and it was far from the center.

"Charlie welcomed me very friendly and introduced me to the house and facilities. Everything was very clean and welcoming. Communication was absolute great and there was no issues at all. Although I accidentally chose the wrong room when I booked, she allowed me to change it (I wanted a female room) without hesitation. Thanks Charlie for your great hospitality, I will definitely recommend 77 Tourist House!"

"Έμεινα σε αυτό το hostel και η εμπειρία μου ήταν εξαιρετική. Όλα ήταν πραγματικά τέλεια. Οι χώροι ήταν πεντακάθαροι, τόσο το δωμάτιο όσο και τα μπάνια και οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι, και φαινόταν ότι δίνουν μεγάλη προσοχή στην καθαριότητα και τη φροντίδα του χώρου. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό και πάντα πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει, κάνοντάς με να νιώσω άνετα και ευπρόσδεκτη από την πρώτη στιγμή. Η ατμόσφαιρα ήταν ζεστή και φιλική, ενώ η τοποθεσία πολύ βολική. Συνολικά, ήταν μια υπέροχη διαμονή και σίγουρα θα το επέλεγα ξανά."

No curtains on the bed. I also was charged twice for my stay here a long time after I left which was disappointing to see but I did get refunded.

"Good location, within walking distance of town but far from tourist crowds. Full kitchen facilities and equipment for self catering. Many restaurants nearby especially Peanuts restaurant for good local food. Supermarket is nearby. Very friendly hosts! Good overall value for Aruba. There weren't that many guests in the dorm when I stayed so it was almost like having private space."

"The hostel was pretty clean. The staff at the reception were friendly, helpful, and patient. They have a lot of knowledge about tourism in Bagan and were always happy to give advice or answer questions. It was also very convenient that they can help you book buses directly at the hostel, and that you can rent e-bikes. Another big plus is the atmosphere. The hostel is social, but not in an overwhelming way. It’s not loud or pushy. There are great opportunities to connect with other travelers if you want, but you can also just sit by the pool and enjoy some quiet time. I think this place is perfect both for people looking for peace and quiet and for those who want to meet others."

There wasn’t much to complain about. The only small improvement I can think of would be adding curtains to the beds, which would give a bit more privacy.

"Had a comfortable stay here for 1 night layover, Dany was a great host. I enjoyed visiting the night market nearby where you get to see a slice of local life. The dorm room is quite basic but great for the price, and bathroom facilities were clean."

"Great place to stay in Dakar – a quiet area just outside the very city center, which makes it more peaceful and relaxed, and at the same time it is very close to the sea. You can fall asleep listening to the sound of the waves, and during the day enjoy a beautiful garden full of greenery and chirping birds. Breakfast is elegant and tasty, and the price is absolutely fantastic for Dakar – it is hard to ask for more at this level. For me, in Dakar: a well‑deserved 5 out of 5 stars."
