"Ότι και να πω για τον οικοδεσπότη θα είναι λίγο. Με το που φτάσαμε στο ξενοδοχείο μας υποδέχτηκε πάρα πολύ θερμά και μας έδωσε και ένα prosecco σαν δώρο. Το δωμάτιο ήταν ότι έπρεπε για αυτό που θέλαμε και όταν γυρίσουμε ξανά στο san marino σίγουρα θα ξανά πάμε στο hotel silvana. Σας το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!!!"

"Πρωινό ικανοποιητικό ευρωπαϊκό και αγγλικό, ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο και άνετο, μας έκαναν και δωρεάν αναβάθμιση δωμάτιο από μικρό δίκλινο σε μεγάλο και ευρύχωρο εντελώς δωρεάν. Βραστηρας και ψυγείο υπάρχουν επίσης στο δωμάτιο.Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε προάστιο, το τραμ σταματάει ακριβώς απ'εξω που σε οδηγεί στο κέντρο και σε απόσταση 500 μέτρων περνάει ο Προαστιακός σιδηρόδρομος όπου με το ίδιο εισιτήριο είσαι σε δέκα λεπτά στο κέντρο. Υπάρχει σάουνα, γυμναστήριο και εσωτερική πισίνα που είναι δωρεάν για τους ενοίκους."

Δωμάτιο κρύο, δεν υπάρχει θερμοστάτης. Όχι καθημερινό σκούπισμα.

"Our NGO had a conference in the hotel. the staff was excellent in preparing the conference room and addressing out needs. The conference catered food was excellent. I stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks and had breakfast every day. After the first 2 days, I realized that one could order eggs or omelet. Which was fine but why didn't they tell me at the beginning? Fruit selection was good. Coffee was also good. the wam milk for coffee was frequently empty but refilled on request."

Breakfast could have been better..There was no smoked salmon which I love, and there was not a lot of different cheeses and cold meats for me..Otherwise very good

"Excellent location just above a lovely secluded beach. Quiet area. Well equipped kitchen facilities. Quirky small reception area with helpful staff. Some rooms w balconies with seaview. Excellent small restaurants close by. Polite unobtrusive cats."

Slightly dated decor and bathrooms.

"Food was ok, the staff was amazing and made you feel extremely welcome, this was the first time staying at this hotel, and I have just re-booked for next year. The hotel was quite, but had it lively time with live music. Enjoyed myself so much. Breakfast was lovely and so was dinner."

The lighting in the room could have been better.

"Simply I can fully trust them. We forgot our backpack in the shuttle bus and moved to San Pedro Island. Hotel staffs were so kind to arrange sending it to San Pedro, and we received it including all valuable goods like mobile phone! Thanks to all involved staff and appreciate their integrity."

"Beautiful room room with view on the pool and the ocean. All comfort included, the free shuttle to the city center or to the airport is very valuable, the staff was very kind and professional ! Would definitely come back :)"

"I want to talk about only one topic regarding my hotel stay. I want to talk about the towels in the bathroom. The towels are very large, very white, and very thick. They wrap the body with so much love. Yes, true love. It's a real home."

"The hotel is in a very central location, meaning that you can easily navigate by foot or by taxi to many of the malls that you are close by. The breakfast is amazing and sufficiently varied to satisfy most palates."

Nothing in particular. The hotel is a bit old and dated, but everything worked fine.

There was nothing at all to fislike

"It's on the beach, right as you want it to be at a place like Turks. The atmosphere is, in general, very cozy, and the overall premises work well. It gives out a relaxed mood and the sea in front of the hotel is superb. They actually provide ice free of charge, which eventually proved to be very helpful. The room was quite good and spacious. They are, though, a bit old, but they still provide a good stay, and everything worked as expected."

The service at the restaurant is quite slow. Some technical stuff in the rooms can be improved, such as the shower and the sockets.

Δεν υπήρχαν πρίζες και από τις δύο πλευρές του κρεβατιού, που ήταν απαραίτητες λόγο χρήσης συσκευών υπνου

"Une douce ambiance dès l'arrivée, une jolie chambre adorablement décorée pour la St Valentin, un personnel au petit soin sont là pour vous accueillir. La chambre est magnifique et je fais un petit feu dans le poêle pour notre plus grand plaisir. Une belle table au restaurant le soir, toujours dans une douce ambiance campagnarde et distinguée. Un séjour d'une nuit en tout point remarquable."

"Φτάσαμε στο ξενοδοχείο στις 11.00 το πρωί και κάναμε δωρεάν check in νωρίτερα. Το δίκλινο δωμάτιο ήταν τεράστιο και είχε όλες τις ανέσεις. Το πρωινό είναι διαθέσιμο από τις 06.00 που είναι πολύ βοηθητικό για τις πρωινές δραστηριότητες. Βρίσκεται σε πολύ βολική τοποθεσία."

"Traditional hotel with very relaxed atmosphere. Family owned and staff who were absolutely lovely. Funny, friendly and helpful. Quite quirky with a definite African ambience. Not trying to be too perfect!! Close to the beach in a quiet area. Super pool with stress free feeling as quite shallow and never busy. Surrounded by beautiful gardens and visited regularly by cheeky monkeys."

A lack of written information describing amenities. Mosquitos can be a problem if you normally suffer after being bitten.

"We loves the hotel in general. The rooms were well equipped, the food was super delicious, the portions were great. The staff was helpful and extraordinarily kind to small children."

We did not know that we should climd a lot of stairs in order to reach the restaurant. It was difficult for our parents.

The property is new and fresh, well maintained and clean. So nothing to complain about!

"First of all, the Lodge is absolutely beautiful. We loved the architecture and attention to detail in every corner. The service was excellent, and the staff were very warm and welcoming, especially Allan who made us feel truly cared for. Special thanks to Silvia for her wonderful management and for creating such a peaceful quiet and relaxing experience. Construction/renovations going on (some days loud). There was a huge cockroach in my room. These were both minor inconveniences for me, the rest of the stay was phenomenal.
